Job Description

Cubic Games, a mobile game development studio and part of GDEV holding, is seeking an Office Manager for their Limassol office. This role is crucial for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining office comfort, and supporting a team of over 120 professionals. Responsibilities include administrative tasks, managing supplies, organizing business trips, assisting with employee relocation, and coordinating corporate events.
Must Have:
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient office operations: cleaning supervision, ordering and restocking supplies, handling minor office issues
  • Managing paperwork and handling incoming/outgoing mail
  • Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks and personal requests
  • Organizing business trips: booking flights, hotels, transfers
  • Assisting with employee relocation (documents, adaptation support)
  • Helping to organize corporate events and team-building activities

We’re the developers behind Pixel Gun 3D, a fast-paced multiplayer shooter with millions of players worldwide. We’re now looking for an Office Manager who will become the backbone of our daily office life and help maintain a high level of comfort and organization for the whole team in our Limassol office.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Ensuring smooth and efficient office operations: cleaning supervision, ordering and restocking supplies, handling minor office issues;
  • Managing paperwork and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
  • Supporting the CEO with administrative tasks and personal requests.
  • Organizing business trips: booking flights, hotels, transfers.
  • Assisting with employee relocation (documents, adaptation support).
  • Helping to organize corporate events and team-building activities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proficiency in both Russian and English at B2+ level or higher (spoken and written)
  • Greek language proficiency B1.
  • Prior experience as an office manager, personal or administrative assistant.
  • Strong communication skills, politeness, and tact.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and responsible.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and prioritize effectively.
