Job Summary
Proofpoint is seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager for their Cordoba office. This full-time role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring a smooth and welcoming workplace, and supporting employee experience. The manager will handle maintenance, supplies, vendor relationships, budget management, and event coordination, reporting to the Facilities Manager, Field Offices. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to maintain an efficient and safe environment.
Must Have
- Serve as primary point of contact for preventative and reactive office maintenance, mailing, office supplies, office equipment, desk moves, snack program, and lunch program.
- Work with Facilities Manager, Field Offices to create and maintain office policies as necessary.
- Organize office operations and procedures.
- Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment, employee moves, employee onboarding/offboarding, etc.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord.
- Manage purchase requests, purchase orders, and invoice submission with precision and timeliness.
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors and service providers.
- Manage office budget and site cost trackers, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
- Manage the front desk, including badging.
- Provide general support to visitors and candidates, including reception duties.
- Organize and execute office events in collaboration with the Events team.
- Comply with and implement company Health & Safety procedures.
- Coordinate with global REWS team for mutual support, continuity of operations, and standardization of policy and procedures.
- Proven office management, administrative, or leadership experience.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English and Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities, with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with remote teams.

Work Environment
Location: Cordoba, Argentina
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
On-site Requirement: Required onsite 5 days a week (Monday – Friday)
