We are looking for an Operational Metrologist to join our quality team. You will be responsible for dimensional controls and surface condition analysis to ensure product conformity. This is an initial 3-month mission.

Must Have

• Perform controls on a three-dimensional machine (MMQ) with PC-DMIS software.
• Carry out rugosimetry tests and control surface condition.
• Launch and monitor control ranges.
• Analyze measurement results and write control reports.
• Collaborate with production and quality to ensure conformity.
• Bac+2 to Bac+3 degree in metrology, physical measurements, industrial engineering or equivalent.
• First experience in an industrial environment.
• Proficiency in office tools.
• Good knowledge of PC-DMIS software.
• Be operational immediately upon taking up the position.

Good to Have

• Experience in rugosimetry tests and surface condition control.

Job Description

We are looking for an Operational Metrologist to join our quality team.

Initial 3-month mission.

You will be responsible for dimensional controls and surface condition analysis to ensure the conformity of our products.

Your missions:

• Perform controls on a three-dimensional machine (MMQ) with PC-DMIS software (programming not mandatory).
• Carry out rugosimetry tests and control surface condition.
• Launch and monitor control ranges.
• Analyze measurement results and write control reports.
• Collaborate with production and quality to ensure conformity from the start of series production.

Qualifications

Coming from a Bac+2 to Bac+3 background in metrology, physical measurements, industrial engineering or equivalent, you have initial experience in an industrial environment, ideally in a series production environment.

You are rigorous, methodical, and enjoy fieldwork. Your analytical skills and practical sense allow you to propose effective and adapted solutions.

You are proficient in office tools and have good knowledge of PC-DMIS software. Experience in rugosimetry tests and surface condition control is desired.

You are recognized for your good interpersonal skills and your ability to work in a team, in conjunction with different departments.

Important: No internal training is planned; you must be operational upon taking up the position.
