Job Description

The Analyst of Operation and Service will advise clients and policyholders on their policies. Responsibilities include managing system additions and removals, registering and dispatching certificates and declarations of labor risks, reviewing and dispatching invoices and endorsements, following up on debit and credit notes, sending documents and notifying errors to clients, recording daily follow-ups, and following up on declarations and gratuities. The role also involves alerting and correcting errors with clients or insurers, handling inquiries about reimbursements and claims management, applying payments and sending canceled and advanced invoices, supporting premium collection management, and sending account statements to the client. The Analyst will also provide information on policies, requirements for applications, reports of insured population, and issuing certificates, coordinating induction talks, and communication about renewals, coordinating medical appointments, and processing reference letters. Additionally, the role requires 24/7 availability for emergencies, including certificates and medical emergencies.
Must have:
  • Completed higher studies in Administration and related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions
  • Knowledge of insurance
  • Intermediate Excel (data cross-referencing, dynamic tables)
  • Basic English (intermediate plus)

Analista de Operación y Servicio

Estamos buscando una persona con talento para unirse a nuestro equipo comercial en Marsh McLennan. Este rol estará basado en Ciudad de México. Se trata de un puesto híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. El Analista de Operación y Servicio será responsable de proporcionar asesoramiento a nuestros clientes y asegurados sobre sus polizas.

Contaremos con usted para:

  • Manejo de altas y bajas en el sistema y ante la aseguradora de riesgos de salud.
  • Registro y despacho de constancias y declaraciones de riesgos laborales. Revisión y despacho de facturas y endosos, seguimiento de notas de débito y crédito.
  • Envío de documentos y notificación de errores con clientes. Registro de follow-ups diarios y seguimiento a declaraciones y gratificaciones.
  • Alertar y subsanar errores encontrados con clientes o aseguradoras. Atención a consultas sobre reembolsos y gestión de siniestros, incluyendo auditoría médica.
  • Aplicación de pagos y envío de facturas canceladas y adelantadas. Soporte en gestiones de cobranza de primas y envío de estados de cuenta al cliente.
  • Información sobre pólizas, requisitos para solicitudes, reportes de población asegurada, y emisión de constancias.
  • Coordinación de charlas de inducción y comunicación sobre renovaciones.
  • Coordinación de atenciones médicas y trámites de cartas de referencia.
  • Disponibilidad para emergencias 24/7, incluyendo constancias y emergencias médicas.

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Estudio Superior culminado en Administración y afines.
  • Minimo 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares. Conocimiento en seguros.
  • Excel intermedio (cruce de datos, tablas dinamicas)
  • Inglés basico (plus intermedio)
