Join our team as a Product Support Specialist, where you will play a vital role in empowering our sales and client-facing teams with the tools, messaging, and materials necessary to successfully launch and promote our products—primarily the Total Remuneration Survey, Mercer’s flagship salary survey available in 140 locations worldwide.

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys creating clear, engaging content and supporting product communication.

We will count on you to:

  • Develop and maintain go-to-market assets for product launches.
  • Create and optimize product documentation and internal/external communications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce tailored collateral supporting sales and client engagement.
  • Support local events with presentation templates and promotional content.
  • Gather internal feedback for product improvements and assist with internal projects.

What you need to have:

  • Strong writing, editing, and content development skills across digital and print channels.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to craft clear and engaging content.
  • Attention to detail in layout, tone, and visual consistency.
  • Experience using AI tools for ideation and content optimization.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate or higher knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
