The Specialist of Operation and Service is responsible for providing excellent customer service in Major Medical Expenses and Life insurance. This role involves maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring timely and accurate processing of complex documents and reports, and advising employees on policy usage. Key responsibilities include clarifying Major Medical Expenses and Life insurance processes such as reimbursements, scheduling, and direct payments, as well as handling policy movements like enrollments, terminations, corrections, and renewals. The position also requires analyzing and reviewing assigned client policies.
Must have:
  • Completed Bachelor's degree in economic-administrative, actuarial, or related fields.
  • 1-2 years of experience in similar positions.
  • Ability to visit 3 different plants.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (data cross-referencing and pivot tables).
  • Intermediate PowerPoint skills.
  • Experience with insurance company platforms.

ESPECIALISTA DE OPERACIÓN Y SERVICIO

Estamos buscando una persona con talento para unirse a nuestro equipo en el área de Operaciones en Marsh McLennan. Este rol estará basado en la Ciudad de Salamanca ó Irapuato. Se trata de un puesto híbrido que requiere trabajar al menos tres días a la semana en la oficina. El Especialista de Operación y Servicio será responsable de proporcionar brindar un excelente servicio al cliente en el ramo de seguros de Gastos Médicos Mayores y vida, manteniendo relaciones sólidas con los clientes.

Contaremos con usted para:

  • Garantizar la producción/procesamiento oportuno y preciso de documentos/información complejos (incluye la preparación de informes)
  • Mantiene una comprensión básica de los aspectos centrales de los seguros relevantes y la legislación relacionada (conciencia del cliente) y fortalece las relaciones establecidas
  • Asesoría y apoyo a los empleados en relación al uso de sus pólizas.
  • Experiencia en aclarar Gastos Medicos mayores y vida (Reembolsos, programaciones, pago directo) y Movimientos (altas, bajas, correcciones, cancelaciones, renovaciones)
  • Análisis y revisión de pólizas del cliente asignada

Lo que necesitas tener:

  • Licenciatura concluida en áreas de económico administrativa, actuaria y/o afines.
  • 1 a 2 años de experiencia en puestos similares
  • Visita a 3 plantas diferentes
  • Excel intermedio(Cruce de datos y tablas dinámicas)
  • Inglés básico - intermedio es un plus
  • Power point intermedio
  • Experiencia en plataformas de aseguradoras
