Job Description

The Operations Manager will oversee material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models through process reengineering. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing strategies for manufacturing system and quality system compliance, improving operating costs, managing services, and driving continuous improvement. The role also involves promoting a safe work environment, optimizing resource utilization, managing changes, and controlling budgets.
Must Have:

  • Effectively manage model, product, and requirement changes.
  • Control and administer budgets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
  • Over 3 years of manufacturing experience, including harnesses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Prior experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration.
  • Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing operations.

You will: Manage material, human, and financial resources to achieve objectives and cost models associated with process improvement through reengineering.

In your daily job you will:

  • Design and implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the manufacturing system at the plant level.
  • Implementation of strategies to ensure compliance with the plant's quality system.
  • Implementation of strategies to improve manufacturing operating costs.
  • Manage the services required by the plant's manufacturing area with the functional areas.
  • Design strategies for continuous improvement of the manufacturing process.
  • Promote a productive and safe work environment for the team.
  • Execution of strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, material, technical, and financial resources.
  • Effective management of model changes, product changes, and changes in requirements.
  • Budget control and administration.

YOUR BACKGROUND

  • Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
  • Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related
  • English level intermediate - advanced
  • +3 years of experience in manufacturing, (must experience in harnesses)
  • MS Office proficient
  • Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration
  • Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
