Supervise a team of Coordinators and/or Leaders and processes to ensure the fulfillment of production goals, within the quality, quantity, cost, and deadline standards established by the company.
1. Plan, program, and supervise activities developed by employees to ensure the fulfillment of defined goals, within quality standards;
2. Supervise the phases of the process, aiming to guarantee conformity to the specifications and characteristics of each activity;
3. Participate in meetings with the client to adjust processes, identify deviations, and propose improvements;
4. Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, promoting awareness among people, aiming to find solutions and implement corrective actions.
5. Review and structure operational processes;
6. Evaluate, monitor, and control the quality of services provided;
7. Monitor and ensure compliance with agreed and contracted service levels with external and internal clients;
8. Monitor the area's billing and prepare a monthly closing report;
9. Analyze contract costs and profitability, providing support to process and commercial areas;
10. Prepare management reports, monitoring production, productivity, and individual performance of employees and areas;
11. Participate in the hiring and dismissal process of employees for the area, when necessary;
12. Train and develop leaders in the management of insurance processes and systems used by the client;
13. Guide, train, and motivate teams, aiming to achieve increasing levels of productivity and quality;
14. Ensure the maintenance of equipment and furniture in the areas under your responsibility, schedule preventive maintenance, and request corrective maintenance when problems are detected;
