Job Description
- Execute daily service routes, driving a commercial licensed vehicle safely and efficiently for client document transport.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues professionally to meet delivery and service requests on time.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and local regulations.
- Minimum three (3) to four (4) years of professional driving experience.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Proven ability to perform physical work, including loading and preparing documents and files without assistance.
- Competitive compensation of $28.5/hour.
- Retention bonus of $1500 after 90 days of employment.

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Class 3 Driver to join our Operations team. In this permanent, full-time role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transport and handling of client documents, representing Iron Mountain professionally in every interaction.
What You Will Do:
In this role, you will:
- Execute daily service routes, driving a commercial licensed vehicle safely and efficiently for the transport of client documents and files.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner to correctly and timely respond to delivery and service requests.
- Ensure compliance with all company safety standards and local regulations.
What You Bring:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Three (3) to four (4) years of minimum experience as a professional driver.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Strong knowledge of safe driving practices and commercial vehicle maintenance.
- Proven ability to perform physical work, including loading and preparing documents and files without assistance.
