ACTIVITIES
- Perform highly complex tasks, being responsible for guiding and reviewing the execution of operational activities and tasks related to the structuring, management, and monitoring of action plans, critical analysis of complex problems involving projects, with the proposal of solutions and implementation of improvements in standards and processes;
- Responsible for the critical analysis of projects, evaluating whether the resources (people, time, financial resources, materials, etc...), the organization, the definition of actions and management deadlines in the operational aspects of project teams, both in the elaboration of resource planning, and in the monitoring, re-evaluation, replanning of team activities, in addition to providing elements for the justification of deviations, when applicable;
- Recommend execution strategies and technologies, scope and duration optimization, promote the dissemination of new technologies and best practices;
- Responsible for the critical analysis of the elaboration, development, management, control, revisions and monitoring of the Executive Management's project demands, including the projectization of PMB planning (up to 90 days), Tactical Planning (18 months), UMS Campaigns, Scheduled and Unscheduled Stops, hiring plans, material supply plans, among others.
EDUCATION
- Undergraduate: Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or Information Technology Administrator or related fields;
- Postgraduate: Project Management or other areas related to the specialty, provided it is validated by contractual management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Project Management: Proven experience of 7 (seven) years in project management;
- Process Management: Experience in Process Mapping using Bizagi Modeler, with solid knowledge in process management methodologies and techniques, such as BPM (Business Process Management) and Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher certification). This includes understanding the concepts of process mapping and modeling, flow analysis, identification of bottlenecks and improvement opportunities;
- Experience in preparing management presentations: Ability to prepare and present project progress and results reports to senior management, demonstrating clarity and confidence;
- Effective Communication: Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders, including team, clients and suppliers;
- Conflict Management: Aptitude to identify and resolve conflicts within the team constructively, maintaining a harmonious and productive work environment;
- Meeting Leadership: Experience in conducting efficient meetings, maintaining focus on objectives and ensuring active participation of team members;
- Management Presentations: Ability to prepare and present project progress and results reports to senior management, demonstrating clarity and confidence.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in project management using MS Project: Ability to create, monitor and adjust complex project schedules, ensuring delivery within deadlines;
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 (Projects in Controlled Environments) certification.
