Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Leader to lead operational teams in Rio de Janeiro. This role involves overseeing daily activities, resolving issues, preparing reports, ensuring production meets service levels, and implementing new services. The leader will also manage team conflicts, participate in hiring/firing, monitor productivity, provide training and feedback, and handle administrative tasks like time cards and vacation scheduling. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, solid experience in operational team leadership, and skills in attention to detail, agility, proactivity, organization, teamwork, intermediate Office Suite, and production control and planning.

Must Have:

Monitor activities, follow up and intervene in problem resolution and process execution.
Prepare daily reports for external and internal clients.
Analyze daily production to ensure processing according to service levels agreed with the client.
Monitor and ensure the implementation of new services and projects.
Control the entry and exit of all documents received and processed in the sector.
Participate in process improvements to reduce costs and add greater quality.
Mediate team conflicts and relationship problems.
Participate in the process of hiring and dismissals of employees for the area.
Monitor the individual productivity of employees and the quality of services performed.
Train and provide feedback to employees.
Perform the maintenance of the time card, vacation scheduling, as well as the control of overtime and absences of the department.
Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sector.
Comply with company rules and procedures.
Control the progress and evolution of the sector.
Measure the production volume of the sector for billing clients.
High school diploma.
Solid experience leading operational teams.
Concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization and teamwork.
Intermediate Office Suite.
