Job Description

Iron Mountain is seeking a Cedoc Operator to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This full-time role involves physical movement of boxes, including work at heights, and maintaining organization within the internal SKP system. Responsibilities include respecting safety norms, implanting and including volumes, moving boxes manually or with equipment, locating and returning documents, filling daily activity reports, and preserving equipment. The ideal candidate is organized, agile, proactive, and a team player, with a complete high school education.

Must Have:

Respect safety norms and use PPE (Individual Protection Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene established for the area.
Implement and include volumes (boxes) in the internal SKP (SafeKeeper) system.
Receive and check demand, change cartonage when necessary, and release volume for storage.
Move boxes manually or with the aid of manual or self-propelled equipment within the Unit's premises.
Locate the places (addresses) where the boxes will be stored according to the internal SKP system, and take them to this location, using various resources such as barcode readers, carts, ladders, shelves equipped with casters, etc.
Search and locate document boxes, following instructions or address indications (corridors, shelves, levels, etc.) established by current procedures or instructions given by the superior.
Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and departmental production.
Ensure that all volumes and equipment used are preserved in good condition.
Report any alteration or irregularity in cargo handling equipment, assisting in filling out the checklist.
Assist other departments when there are no direct tasks for their function.
Complete High School education.
Concentrated attention, agility, proactivity, work organization, and teamwork.
Ability to work at height (over 2 meters).

RESPONSIBILITIES

Respect the safety norms and procedures and use of PPE (Individual Protection Equipment) provided by the company and work hygiene established for your area of activity;
Implement and include volumes (boxes) in the internal SKP (SafeKeeper) system, receive and check demand, change cartonage when necessary and release volume for storage, thus maintaining the organization and guarantee of processes;
Move boxes manually or with the aid of manual or self-propelled equipment, within the Unit's premises;
Locate the places (addresses) where the boxes will be stored according to the internal SKP system, and take them to this location, using various resources, such as: barcode reader, carts, ladders, shelves equipped with casters, etc;
Search and locate document boxes, following instructions or address indications (corridors, shelves, levels, etc.) established by current procedures or instructions given by the superior. After the research work, return these volumes to the initial location;
Fill out daily activity reports (OPLOG form), according to IMB models and procedures, for evaluation and control of individual and departmental production;
Ensure that all volumes and equipment used are preserved in good condition;
Report any alteration or irregularity in cargo handling equipment, assisting in filling out the checklist;
When there are no direct tasks for your function, you may assist other departments.
