The Role and What You’ll Do:
The main role of the Project Manager is to ensure that work coming in from the client flows through internal teams seamlessly from intake to delivery. In other words, the PM needs to understand and unite client expectations and requests and ensure the smooth production of deliverables from account, creative, production, video, and all other teams.
The PM will keep tabs on project deadlines, update all stakeholders and monitor progress. To do this, PM key responsibilities include:
The right person for this role will be a true partner to the project lead and understand agency and creative process and be able to liaise between internal teams to facilitate communications, filter asks, and push the work forward.
The PM will be someone who can connect the dots across a highly matrixed environment within the client team and make sure everyone understands status and next steps at any given moment.
The PM will work closely with the Creatives to oversee process from conception to execution, having the benefit of a holistic perspective of all work along with maintaining a status of each individual project. The PM will be responsible for filtering and distributing incoming asks, facilitating timelines and internal check ins and consistently communicating with the Director, Creative Services.(is this Matt’s title?)

Per local requirements and in the interest of transparency, the hourly rate shown below reflects the prevalent current hiring range for this position. Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. The company strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.
Hiring Rate Minimum:
$73,500 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)
Hiring Rate Maximum:
$98,000 annually
