Job Summary
As an Order Management Specialist at Philips, you will manage the end-to-end ordering process for Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) solutions, including ZCQ screening, order booking, invoicing, and revenue recognition. You will act as a primary contact for logistics, coordinate customer inquiries, and resolve escalations. This role involves maintaining strong communication with various internal stakeholders like Key Account Managers, Project Managers, and Finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also provide insights through reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives using LEAN capabilities.
Must Have
- Handle end-to-end order management (ZCQ screening, booking, invoicing, revenue recognition).
- Act as point of contact for logistics and order fulfillment.
- Coordinate customer inquiries and resolve escalations.
- Maintain good communication with internal stakeholders.
- Provide reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Fluent in English (B2 level or higher).
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Job Description
As an Order Management Specialist, you have an opportunity to become a change agent in a newly created track for Digital Supply Chain in Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) that is soon going to be one of the leading businesses in Philips' portfolio. HPM Solutions is a key enabler for our software business in HPM, whereby we are influencing how we sell software, how we manage software entitlements towards our customers, and how we create actionable insights for the continued growth of the business.
Your role:
- End-to-End Order Management: Handle the full ordering process, including ZCQ screening and cleaning, order booking, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Acting as the point of contact to the logistics organization for the assigned scope for order fulfillment subjects, coordinating customer inquiries, and capable of resolving escalations.
- Direct contact and maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning, Warehouse, Pricing, and Finance teams,s and other departments within Philips) to build customer satisfaction through a customer-centric mindset
- Providing insights and recommendations through reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
- Working with LEAN capabilities such as Daily Management, Kaizen, Continuous Improvement, and Problem Solving

- You have knowledge of SAP
- You are fluent in English (B2 level or higher)
- You have a strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
