General Functions

• Assist analyst with activities in the assigned portfolio.
• Support in customer follow-up and problem resolution.
• Support in validating open items in the portfolio with external and internal clients.
• Support in reconciliation and follow-up between different legal entities to ensure correct application in any type of document.
• Support other areas in setting up new clients in SAP, including but not limited to bank accounts, credit risk, sales validation.
• Support in generating and attending to internal and external reports such as (but not limited to) weekly budgets, account reviews, aging balances, credit limits, blocked invoices, as required by the organization.
• Strong customer relationship and business partnership skills.
• Support in analyzing customer and accounting accounts.
• Support in month-end closing, policy creation, account reconciliation, balance confirmation, report generation for the organization.
• Support in generating documents such as manual invoices, credit/debit notes.
• Support for validating and reviewing client credit limits.
• Any other work activity related to the position and/or required by the immediate supervisor.
• Support in creating and maintaining documented procedures and processes for the area.

Required Competencies/Skills

• Advanced English
• Microsoft Excel proficiency (Basic – Intermediate Level)
• Student of Finance, Administration, or related field.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Last semester student
• RFC (Mandatory)
