As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will identify, attract, and hire top talent across EMEA, collaborating with hiring managers and HR partners to implement effective recruitment strategies. Your role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding. You will build strong talent pipelines, ensure a positive candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics to make data-informed decisions. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry trends and embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all activities.
Must have:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, sourcing, interviewing, onboarding)
  • Source candidates through various channels
  • Screen and assess candidates for qualifications and cultural fit
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Ensure positive candidate experience with timely feedback
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics for data-informed decisions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles

Talent Acquisition Partner (6 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Position Overview:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the dynamic needs of our organization across EMEA. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies. Your role will involve managing the full-cycle recruitment process, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Your Role:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach
  • Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and fit the organizational culture
  • Conduct interviews and provide recommendations to hiring managers based on thorough evaluations
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-informed decisions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process
  • Embed Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Access (DEIA) principles in all recruitment activities

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment ideally in an in-house global environment
  • Fluent in English and additional fluency in one of the following: German, French or Portuguese.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions
  • Experience with DEIA principles and the ability to incorporate them into the recruitment process
  • High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
