Job Description

This role involves maintaining and supporting the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) and related business systems. Responsibilities include global QMS development, ensuring compliance to quality procedures, orchestrating internal and external audits, and managing non-conformances. Regionally, the role coordinates new processes, supports employee training, and manages QMS implementation according to various standards. The successful candidate will report on quality system status and collaborate across locations to maintain certified auditors.
Must have:
  • Support global QMS development and standard operating systems.
  • Ensure compliance to Quality procedures and maintain certifications.
  • Upgrade global QMS standards and develop Quality OS for all functions.
  • Orchestrate Internal and External Quality Audits (IATF 16949, VDA6.3, etc.).
  • Maintain system for monitoring trained global auditors.
  • Ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements and standards.
  • Work with Auditors and Natural Owners to close Non-conformances.
  • Organize required Annual Management Reviews.
  • Coordinate creation of new processes and procedures for Quality Systems.
  • Support recruitment and training of department employees in Quality System activities.
  • Support creation of new Quality training programs and online software.
  • Coordinate System, Process, and Product Audits.
  • Control and organize information on EOS changes, customer requirements, and technical standards.
  • Manage and implement QMS (EOS/STAGES) per national, international, and customer standards.
  • Report quality system status and corrective action compliance to management.
  • Collaborate with other locations cross-region within Quality System Organization.
  • Maintain core of certified Auditors onsite for Internal Audits.
  • Close Non-conformances at site/region with Auditors and Natural Owners.
  • Organize required site Annual Management Reviews.

About this position

In this role, the successful candidate will play a key part in maintaining and supporting the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS) along with other related business systems.

Your role

Global:

  • Support the global Quality organization with Quality Management System development and other Quality standard operating systems
  • Ensure compliance to our Quality procedures and maintenance of our Quality Certifications
  • Upgrade Global standards for QMS management, and develop Quality OS for all Quality functions (Supplier, SW Quality, Design Quality, Plant and Customer)
  • Orchestrate Internal and External Quality Audits - IATF 16949, VDA6.3, VDA FFA, Customer Specific, EOS, QS2.0, etc.
  • Maintain system to monitor trained global auditors.
  • Maintain system to ensure compliance to Customer Specific Requirements and standards.
  • Work with the Auditors and Natural Owners to close any Non-conformances
  • Organize the required Annual Management Reviews

Regional/Local:

  • Coordinate the creation of new processes and procedures to facilitate the implementation of Quality Systems (EOS / STAGES).
  • Support the recruitment of employees and professional training of the department employees in Quality System activities.
  • Support the creation of new Quality training programs and online training software (Academy). Coordinate the activities of System, Process and Product Audits.
  • Control and organize the information of changes in EOS (DCR), customer specific requirements and official technical standards, making their disclosure as necessary and applicable to each sector of the site. Be the DCC (Document Control Center) coordinator.
  • Manage, coordinate and implement the Quality Management System (EOS/STAGES) in accordance with national, international and customer specific standards.
  • Report to the management the status of the quality system (results of System, Process and Customer Audits) and compliance with the respective corrective actions.
  • Supporting and collaborating with other locations cross region within the Quality System Organization
  • Maintain core of certified Auditors onsite to conduct Internal Audits
  • Work with the Auditors and Natural Owners to close any Non-conformances at the site/region.
  • Organize the required site Annual Management Reviews

Your background

  • MSc/BSc degree in Engineering, preferred in quality
  • 2 years of relevant experience
  • Standard knowledge: ISO 9001; IATF 16949; preferred: VDA 6.3; VDA 6.5
  • Knowledge of various quality system methodologies and automotive core tools: 8D problem solving, 5-Why, Ishikawa Diagram, PFMEA, CP, SPC, Kaizen, 5S, APQP, PPAP, Continuous Improvement
  • Fluent English language knowledge – spoken and written
  • MS Office user level is essential
