Job Description

Responsible for managing and coordinating Human, Material, and Financial Resources for the execution of production plans, productivity objectives, quality, cost, and delivery of finished product.
Must have:
  • Monitoring long-term plans.
  • Personnel communication and development.
  • Monitoring plant initiatives.
  • Planning communication meetings with subordinates.
  • Personnel management and development.
  • Supporting Safety, Environment, and Occupational Health activities, based on ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards respectively.
  • Completed degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Business Management.
  • Conversational English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and public speaking skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Problem-solving analysis.
Good to have:
  • Experience in the automotive industry, preferably harnesses.
  • Lean and/or Black Belt certifications (preferred).

Requirements:

  • Completed degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Business Management.
  • +4 years of experience as Operations Manager.
  • Experience in the automotive industry. Harnesses preferably.
  • Conversational English.
  • Microsoft Office.
  • Leadership and team management skills.
  • Effective communication and public speaking skills.
  • Decision-making skills.
  • Problem-solving analysis.
  • Lean and/or Black Belt certifications (preferred).
