Job Description

This role is for an Industrial Engineering professional responsible for optimizing manufacturing systems. Key responsibilities include conducting labor revisions, managing drawing revisions for engineering changes, and assessing equipment impact. The position requires preparing reports for new part numbers, validating time studies, and executing follow-up meetings. Candidates must have a good level of English proficiency, at least one year of experience in manufacturing systems, and knowledge of documentation like PFMEA, PFD, GANT, and MSD, along with project timeline management and cross-departmental coordination.
Must have:
  • Good Level of English proficiency (60% or higher)
  • 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Systems
  • Experience with manufacturing documentation PFMEA, PFD, GANT, MSD
  • Maintain Project timelines for internal usage
  • Work with multiple departments to coordinate business projects
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems Work content and Cycle time definition
  • Labor revisions for business
  • Drawing revision for any Engineering Change
  • Equipment impact for any engineering changes (ECM or CRs)
  • Prepare reports for new part numbers and/or engineering changes related to labor points

Competencies and required skills

Good Level of English proficiency is must (60% or higher). 1 year of experience in Manufacturing Systems. Experience with manufacturing documentation PFMEA, PFD, GANT, MSD. Maintain Project timelines for internal usage. Work with multiple departments to coordinate business projects. Knowledge in Manufacturing Systems Work content and Cycle time definition.
