Job Description

This role involves managing resources to achieve SQVC results and meet customer requirements efficiently. Key responsibilities include supervising staff for safety compliance, ensuring quality, meeting production goals, and maintaining updated performance metrics. The supervisor has the authority to stop the line for issues like staff or material shortages, quality problems, or safety risks. They are also responsible for staff development and continuous improvement in scrap reduction and production plan adherence.
Must have:

  • Achieve production goals within the time required to increase the area's profitability.
  • Authority to stop the line or make necessary changes to daily performance due to any type of situation such as staff shortages, material shortages, quality issues, or risk of accidents.
  • Maintain updated metrics to maintain a vision of business performance.
  • Manage and develop staff under their supervision.
  • Continuous improvement in scrap and performance improvement in adherence to production plans.
  • Responsible for the technical and career development of staff under their supervision.

Job Details

Manage resources to meet SQVC results, focusing on meeting customer requirements in the shortest possible time.

My Role:

  • Supervise staff compliance with safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
  • Comply with quality guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve production goals within the time required to increase the area's profitability.
  • Authority to stop the line or make necessary changes to daily performance due to any type of situation such as staff shortages, material shortages, quality issues, or risk of accidents.
  • Maintain updated metrics to maintain a vision of business performance.
  • Manage and develop staff under their supervision.
  • Continuous improvement in scrap and performance improvement in adherence to production plans.
  • Responsible for the technical and career development of staff under their supervision.

My Background:

  • Industrial Engineer or related degree
  • At least 5 years of experience as a production supervisor
  • Personnel management
  • Language: Intermediate-advanced English (reading and writing)
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Analysis and technical problem-solving (8Ds) / (5whys)
  • Teamwork / Assertive communication / Leadership / People management, Persuasion, Decision-making.
