Job Description
- Lead full lifecycle project management from concept to SOP
- Develop and manage project schedules, cost plans, and risk assessments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
- Serve as the main customer contact for project timing, deliverables, and issue resolution
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare and present regular status reports to management and global PMO
- Manage design change requests, scope adjustments, and customer communications
- Support program reviews (Gate Reviews) and ensure adherence to APQP processes
- Ensure project documentation (timing plan, BOM, test reports, DFMEA/PFMEA) is maintained and accurate
- Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement activities for future programs
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in the automotive industry (Tier 1 preferred)
- Proven experience managing OEM customer projects (Hyundai, Kia, GM, etc.)
- Strong understanding of APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Project or equivalent project management tools
- Fluent in English and Korean (both written and spoken)

Your Background
