Job Description
This role involves developing web applications using IBM Business Automation Workflow (formerly IBM BPM), ensuring they meet customer requirements. Key responsibilities include interacting with various roles throughout the solution development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and design to frontend/backend development and system integration. The position also requires supporting and maintaining tools, solving problems through root-cause analysis and design changes, and performing code reviews to share best practices.
Must have:

Job Details
Develop web applications based on specifications in a best in class manner in IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), previously known as IBM BPM (Business Process Manager).
Interact with different roles during the solution development cycle (requirement analysis, architecture and design, frontend/backend development, system integration, support)
Assure that tools/applications meet Customer requirements
Support & Maintain of own or internally developed tools/applications
Solve problems (root-causes analysis, design change, implementation update, deployment)
Perform code reviews and share best practices with colleagues
