Lilith Games is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and player-focused community manager to cultivate and expand its community. The ideal candidate will understand how communications, content, social media, memes, moderation, and influencer relationships interact. The community manager will develop comprehensive community plans that integrate all these elements to connect with and shape the community. This includes managing content strategy and player-facing communications, crafting product communications, planning and executing community initiatives like contests and events, actively engaging with players, creating video content, analyzing content creator program performance, ensuring professional moderation, and providing accurate reporting on community sentiment.
