Job Summary

Ruby Seven is seeking a highly creative and collaborative Partner Creative Designer to develop co-branded marketing assets for brick-and-mortar casino partners. This role involves showcasing games through customized creative toolkits, digital collateral, and promotional materials that blend partner and brand aesthetics. The designer will collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and Creative Team to create assets for on-property and digital channels, ensuring designs adhere to brand guidelines and technical specifications.

Must Have

  • Design co-branded creative assets for casino partners
  • Adapt creative to match each partner’s brand while maintaining core brand identity
  • Create turnkey toolkits for partners to promote digital games
  • Collaborate with CRM Ops and Partnerships on timing, asset delivery, and campaign integration
  • Ensure designs adhere to property brand guidelines, technical specs, and creative approval processes
  • Maintain a centralized repository of partner assets
  • 5 – 8 years of experience in marketing or partnership design
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and digital/print production

Job Description

We’re looking for a highly creative and collaborative Partner Creative Designer to develop co-branded marketing assets for our brick-and-mortar casino partners. This role is dedicated to showcasing our games through customized creative toolkits, digital collateral, and promotional materials that seamlessly blend partner and brand aesthetics.

You’ll collaborate with the Partnerships Manager and Creative Team to design assets that help casino partners bring our games to life across their on-property and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design co-branded creative assets for casino partners, including banners, landing pages, digital displays, and print collateral.
  • Adapt creative to match each partner’s brand while maintaining core brand identity and standards.
  • Create turnkey toolkits that enable partners to easily promote our digital games.
  • Collaborate with CRM Ops and Partnerships on timing, asset delivery, and campaign integration.
  • Ensure all designs adhere to property brand guidelines, technical specs, and creative approval processes.
  • Maintain a centralized repository of partner assets for future reuse and optimization.

Qualifications:

  • 5 – 8 years of experience in marketing or partnership design, ideally within gaming, casino, or hospitality.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, and digital/print production.
  • Experience designing for co-branded or multi-brand environments.
  • Strong attention to visual detail and understanding of brand identity systems.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills – able to manage multiple partner feedback loops.
