Job Description

As a Partner Optimization Specialist, you’ll help Autodesk partners deliver excellent implementation, services, and support by enhancing their capabilities and ensuring customer success. Working with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams, you’ll design programs that improve workflows, drive adoption, and boost customer value. This hybrid role reports to the Emerging Solutions leader and collaborates closely with Construction Sales and Partner Success teams.
Must Have:
  • Enable partners to deliver high-quality implementation and support services.
  • Build strong partner relationships and conduct business reviews.
  • Design and refine scalable service programs for customer success.
  • Assist partners in resolving service challenges and customer escalations.
  • Ensure partner services align with Autodesk’s evolving product offerings.
  • Assess partner capacity and enhance service expertise.
  • Deep understanding of Autodesk products and technical implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS reseller management.
  • Clear communication with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking for growth opportunities and partner optimization.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and addressing technical and service challenges.
  • Ability to foster trust and collaboration with partners.

Working with Sales, Technical Sales, and Partner Optimization teams, you’ll design programs that improve workflows, drive adoption, and boost customer value.You should be a strategic, adaptable professional with strong knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud in construction settings.This hybrid role reports to the Emerging Solutions leader and collaborates closely with Construction Sales and Partner Success teams.Main Responsibilities: * Service & Technical Delivery: Enable partners to deliver high-quality implementation and support services aligned with Autodesk standards.* Partner Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with partners, providing guidance and conducting regular business reviews to optimize performance.* Program Development & Optimization: Design and refine scalable service programs that enhance Autodesk solution adoption and customer success.* Problem-Solving & Support: Assist partners in resolving service challenges, addressing customer escalations, and improving delivery efficiency.* Product & Service Alignment: Ensure partner services align with Autodesk’s evolving product offerings, keeping them informed on updates and best practices.* Support and assess partner capacity by analyzing resources, engaging with partners, and identifying opportunities to enhance service expertise.Minimum Qualifications: * Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Autodesk products and technical implementation is a must* Sales experience. Experience in managing resellers, ideally in SaaS industry- 5 years minimum.* Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex information clearly to partners and stakeholders.* Strategic Thinking: Skill in identifying growth opportunities and optimizing partner relationships.* Problem Solving: Proficiency in diagnosing and addressing technical and service-related challenges.* Relationship Building: Ability to foster trust and collaboration with partners.#LI-IS1
