Clinical Education Delivery Specialist (Field: Atlanta, GA)

In this dynamic role at Philips Healthcare, you will deliver education classes, support clinical unit go-lives, customize monitor configurations, consult on clinical solutions, and leverage your clinical informatics expertise to help customers optimize their new technology.

   

Your role:

  • Serve as a clinical resource to patient monitoring customers within designated zones, focusing on configuration and education needs across multiple departments like critical care and telemetry.

  • Collaborate with Account Clinical Specialists, Field Service, Sales, and Project Managers during implementation and go-live processes, delivering services per plan.

  • Understand clinical implications of technical implementations, provide consultation, education, and problem-solving support, focusing on workflows and clinical optimization.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal partners and customers to support system use and growth, ensuring installation team success.

You're the right fit:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience with Bachelor's in areas such as Medical Industry, Clinical Support, Healthcare, Customer Service or equivalent OR no prior experience required with Master's Degree.

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Engineering, Medical, Science related field or equivalent.

  • Expertise in delivering adult education, including coursework and practical assistance, for clinicians monitoring patients in real time.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to collaborate with internal and external customers; advanced computer skills; initiative; flexibility; tolerance of ambiguity; critical thinking; and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work remotely, meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements, and operate in office/home or remote settings.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Clinical position.

  • This position is field based in the Atlanta area. Travel overnight 75% of the time, primarily in the Southeast Zone, with potential coverage in other areas as needed.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in GA is $87,000 to $140,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.  

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Additional Information

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Atlanta, GA.
