As a People Intelligence – Analytics Consultant, you will be a key member of our global People Intelligence organization, focusing on advanced analytics within the People Analytics sub team. This role involves delivering impactful insights by blending external talent data with internal context, refining talent strategies, and driving data-driven decision-making across businesses. You will leverage a mix of internal data, economic trends, workforce statistics, recruitment insights, and competitor intelligence to provide actionable insights to stakeholders in people organizations and business teams, empowering leaders with informed decisions on international projects.
Must have:
  • Lead or contribute to research initiatives, overseeing successful execution.
  • Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research for strategic decision-making on human-capital-related subjects.
  • Dissect and comprehend research data, distilling complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrate profound understanding of critical job functions, key geographic locations, and labor market dynamics.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, offering insights from talent intelligence, labor market, competitive intelligence, and internal data.
  • Integrate external data into internal data systems.
  • Dive into independent solution-building projects.
  • Excel in data analytics, deriving insights from complex datasets and communicating effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English.
Good to have:
  • Experience with data visualization platforms like Qlik or PowerBI
  • Knowledge of talent intelligence platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup

As a People Intelligence – Analytics Consultant, you will become a key member of our global People Intelligence organization within the People Analytics sub team, reporting to the People Analytics Lead. This newly formed People Intelligence group serves as the central hub for all people internal-external people insights, integrating advanced analytics, experience listening, reporting and dashboards, function optimization analytics, compliance, and data privacy.

In this role, you will deliver impactful insights by blending external talent data with our internal context, refining talent strategies through advanced analytics projects. You will drive data-driven decision-making across businesses by leveraging a rich mix of internal data, economic trends, workforce statistics, recruitment insights, and competitor intelligence. Working on international projects, you will provide substantial value to stakeholders within our people organizations and business teams, empowering leaders with actionable insights that lead to informed decisions.

Our expertise includes

  • Location Strategies: Crafting strategic plans that enhance talent acquisition and operational efficiency.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Divestments: Providing intelligence for M&A evaluations, conducting due diligence, and ensuring smooth divestment processes.
  • Organizational Benchmarking: Offering comparative insights to measure organizational performance against industry standards and competitors, fostering growth and improvement.
  • Advanced People Analytics Advisory: Specializing in predictive and prescriptive analytics to empower our organization. We enhance performance by integrating benchmarking insights and sophisticated internal analytics.
  • Proactive Intelligence Reports: Delivering timely information to keep our audiences informed and drive competitive intelligence.

Required Education

Degree in business, economics, finance, human resources, HR technology, digital transformation, data analysis and reporting, or an equivalent field.

Required Experience

3-6 years of experience in talent intelligence or people analytics.

Your role

  • Lead or contribute to research initiatives: Take charge as a project lead for research projects, overseeing their successful execution.
  • In-Depth Research: Conduct comprehensive primary and secondary research to acquire crucial data that informs strategic decision-making on a wide range of human-capital-related subjects, such as Location Studies, M&A, Organizational Benchmarking, and more.
  • Data Analysis and Actionable Insights: Employ your expertise to dissect and comprehend research data, distilling complex findings into clear and actionable recommendations for our stakeholders.
  • Labor Market Mastery: Showcase a profound understanding of critical job functions, key geographic locations, and prevailing labor market dynamics and trends.
  • Trusted Advisory Role: Assume the role of a trusted advisor to various stakeholders across the organization, offering invaluable insights drawn from talent intelligence, labor market analysis, competitive intelligence and internal data.
  • Important aspect of the role given our new setup is the integration and external and internal insights, you are expected to always look at possibilities to embed external data into our internal data systems.
  • You'll also dive into independent solution-building projects, expanding your role beyond just advisory work.

You're the right fit if

  • You excel in data analytics, with a proven ability to derive insights from complex datasets and effectively communicate the 'so what' through presentations and slide writing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools is required, and experience with data visualization platforms like Qlik or PowerBI is highly beneficial.
  • Knowledge of talent intelligence platforms like LinkedIn Talent Insights, Draup is a great advantage.
  • You can communicate your ideas and findings super clearly and concisely.
  • You’re fluent in English, so you can easily connect with stakeholders around the world.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.

Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
