As an Enterprise Informatics Sales Specialist, you will be the knowledge carrier for our product portfolio in intensive care and anesthesia, contributing expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Your role involves advancing Acute Care Informatics solutions in the French market, training Sales Executives on clinical and technical product knowledge, and collaborating on product design and sales. You will conduct product demonstrations, emphasize clinical and technical value, and support tender strategies. Monitoring industry trends, performing market analyses, and maintaining accurate CRM records are also key responsibilities to expand market share and improve customer relationships.
Good To Have:
  • A nursing background will be preferred
  • Experience in sales or the implementation of medical systems and healthcare solutions / consulting in a clinical environment will be preferred
Must Have:
  • Hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (clinical/medical fields)
  • Experience in a clinical/medical environment (intensive care and/or operating room)
  • Good knowledge of processes in the healthcare sector
  • Solid understanding of reimbursement structures in France
  • Strong affinity for sales and IT
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office and adept at handling new IT and communication tools
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Willing to travel up to 60% of your time across the French market

As an Enterprise Informatics Sales Specialist, you will be the knowledge carrier for our product portfolio in intensive care and anesthesia and contribute your expertise to internal and external stakeholders. Our software solutions help to relieve staff, improve workflows, and ensure a high quality of care.

Your role:

  • In this role, you can significantly contribute to advancing the fascinating field of Acute Care Informatics (PDMS, device data connectivity, etc.) and successfully establish our integrated solutions in the French market.
  • You will train and support Sales Executives and Account Managers with clinical and technical product knowledge and collaborate to design and sell products and upgrades to existing customers.
  • You will conduct product demonstrations and training for medical professionals, emphasizing clinical and technical value, while contributing to tender strategies and quotations.
  • You will support business goals by validating product forecasts through analysis and reporting, while providing Marketing with insights on competitive threats to enhance sales tools and strategies.
  • You will monitor industry trends and perform market analyses to identify opportunities, expand market share, and maintain a competitive advantage.
  • You are responsible for creating quotes and organizational tasks (such as event organization)
  • You will maintain accurate CRM records to support sales strategies, track engagement, and improve customer relationships.

You're the right fit if:

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
