The candidate should have experience in handling motion capture data, including cleaning, editing, and dynamic adjustments, as well as experience in directing motion capture sessions. The candidate should be familiar with Unreal Engine, capable of using Sequencer for cutscene production, and experience with Metahuman facial animation is a plus. The candidate should have actual experience in creating cutscenes for movies or AAA games (8+ years). They should also have the ability to create character expressions/facial animations, understand performance and emotional expression, and possess basic understanding of cinematic language and narrative rhythm to independently drive production. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for cross-departmental cooperation and production changes.
