Job Summary

Mirage, a leading AI short-form video company, is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale user acquisition across paid channels. This role involves strategic planning, launching, and optimizing mobile and web campaigns. The manager will oversee a growing program, structure budgets, launch new features, and conduct experiments, leveraging data to drive sustainable growth. Responsibilities include hands-on campaign management, monitoring performance, testing new ideas, and collaborating with creative, product, engineering, and data teams.

Must Have

  • Plan, launch, manage User Acquisition campaigns across Paid Social, Paid Search, Programmatic DSP, and emerging channels like CTV
  • Partner with the creative team to develop, launch, and test performance-driven ad creative
  • Manage UA campaigns, including monitoring performance (LTV and ROAS), optimizing speed, and scaling what works
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data team on attribution, conversion tracking, and event instrumentation
  • Identify growth opportunities through experimentation, channel expansion, and competitive analysis
  • Report on performance and share insights to inform future strategy and investment
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in performance or growth marketing, with experience across paid social and paid search
  • Strong experimentation mindset
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking across mobile and web platforms
  • Comfort working directly with performance data from ad platforms and analytics tools

Job Description

About the role:

We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to help scale our user acquisition efforts across paid channels. This role blends strategy and execution, with ownership across planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns on both mobile and web.

You’re comfortable managing a growing program, bringing structure as budget scale, new product features launch, and experiments run in parallel. You move quickly, care deeply about quality, and use data to iterate and learn.

Day to day, you’ll balance hands-on campaign management with short and long term growth planning. You’ll monitor performance, test new ideas, ship creative, and identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth in a fast-moving startup environment.

  • Strong experimentation mindset, with good judgement around which tests are likely to drive meaningful impact.
  • Solid understanding of conversion tracking across mobile and web platforms.
  • Comfort working directly with performance data from ad platforms and analytics tools to evaluate results and guide optimization.
