• Elaborate and monitor the production plan for multiple plants and product lines.
• Control availability of raw materials and inputs, ensuring the continuity of the production process.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing and Logistics areas to guarantee timely supply.
• Provide reliable information to the Sales area on availability and delivery times.
• Constantly interact with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other key areas to align priorities and optimize resources.
• Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions to comply with established plans.

Your experience - Our strengths

• Degree or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Organization/Logistics/Administration or related fields (exclusive).
• 2+ years in production planning / MRP in an industry with multiple SKUs and plants (exclusive).
• Solid handling of MRP/MPS, BOM/material lists, lead times, safety stocks and capacity (exclusive).
• Experience working with ERP (SAP/Oracle/JDE or similar) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, functions, data management) (exclusive).
• Strong analytical capacity and prioritization, with a focus on meeting deadlines (exclusive).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional interaction with Production, Purchasing, Logistics, Quality and Sales (exclusive).
• Participation in S&OP/IBP processes (desirable).
• Knowledge of APS / advanced planners and notions of Power BI/Tableau/Looker (desirable).
• Experience in variable demand environments and inventory optimization (desirable).
• Intermediate English (desirable).
