Job Description

PlayStation Studios seeks part-time QA Game Testers to test games, report bugs, and create checklists. Responsibilities include functional testing (verifying game functionality against specifications) and compliance testing (ensuring adherence to PlayStation release rules). Testers will work on titles like Gran Turismo, Death Stranding, and Astro's Playroom. Experience is welcome but not required, with training provided. Opportunities exist for checklist creation and progress management with experience. The role offers a chance to contribute to the development of major PlayStation games.

Must have:

Test PlayStation games
Report bugs effectively
Follow checklists precisely

業務内容

PlayStation Studiosのゲームをテストし、発見した不具合をレポートにまとめます。経験を積んだ後は、チェックリストの作成や進捗管理も行って頂きます。経験や適正、本人の希望に応じて以下のチームに配属されます。

ファンクショナルテスト
ゲームが仕様通りに動作するかを確認します。チェックリストに沿ってゲームの各部分について詳細なテストを行います。主に日本国内で作られているゲームを扱います。（例：グランツーリスモ、Death Stranding, ASTRO's PLAYROOMなど)

コンプライアンステスト
PlayStationでゲームを発売する為のルールが守られているかをチェックします。各ルールのチェックリストに沿って、テストを行います。
主に日本国内で作られているゲームを扱います。（例：グランツーリスモ、Death Stranding, ASTRO's PLAYROOMなど)

業界未経験でも数多くの方が活躍しています。もちろんゲーム好きの方にはとてもやりがいのあるお仕事です。
開発途中のゲームをテストして、バグを見つけ、だんだんゲームが出来上がっていく楽しみや、
見つけたバグが直ったときの感動はひとしおです！
