Job Description

As a Clinical Architect, you will partner with the Sales Team to drive business and product deal support, developing and executing winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share. Your role involves building customer relationships, designing solutions, delivering clinical workflow evaluations, leading presentations, coordinating demonstrations, educating customers on new software, collaborating with Account Managers on analysis and quoting, and maintaining customer relationships through pre- and post-sales processes.
Must have:
  • Partner with the Sales Team to drive overall business and product deal support.
  • Develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies to expand market share.
  • Develop relationships with customers’ key clinical stakeholders, sponsors and champions.
  • Design solutions and deliver clinical workflow and technology evaluations.
  • Lead clinically focused customer presentations that drive benefits and strategy.
  • Coordinate on-site clinical product/workflow demonstrations and evaluations.
  • Educate customers on the benefits and features of new software releases.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to develop an install base and clinical workflow analysis.
  • Evaluate funnels for large deals to ensure clinical representation.
  • Collaborate with teams on quoting the correct solutions.
  • Maintain customer relationship through the pre-sales and post-sales process.
  • Acquired 7+ years’ experience in hospital nursing or 5+ years’ industry experience within med device.
  • Strong PC skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to deliver strong executive level presentations.
  • Ability to assess and communicate workflow models.
  • Active RN license with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to successfully perform minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements.
  • Reside in or within commuting distance to Minnesota, Wisconsin or Iowa.

Job Details

As a Clinical Architect you will partner with the Sales Team to drive overall business and product deal support. You will develop and execute winning clinical sales strategies for Philips’ to expand market share, both installed base replacements and competitive conversions.

Your role:

  • Developing relationships with customers’ key clinical stakeholders, sponsors and champions.
  • Designing solutions and delivering clinical workflow and technology evaluations that focus on optimization matching the customer KPIs, while leading clinically focused customer presentations that drive benefits and strategy.
  • Partnering with teams to emphasize solutions, while coordinating on-site clinical product/workflow demonstrations and evaluations with key decision makers and attending walk-throughs focusing on workflow and equipment optimization.
  • Educating customers on the benefits and features of new software releases in order to optimize their utilization of Philips’ products.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to develop an install base and clinical workflow analysis to establish competitive positioning by hospital, while understanding upcoming opportunities, and evaluating funnels for large deals to ensure clinical representation. Collaborating with teams on quoting the correct solutions based on the customer’s needs.
  • Maintaining customer relationship through the pre-sales and post-sales process, to ensure an accurate delivery of solutions that meet customer KPIs.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 7+ years’ experience in hospital nursing or 5+ years’ industry experience within med device. Management or director experience is preferred.
  • Your skills include:
  • Strong PC skills including PowerPoint and Excel.
  • The ability to deliver strong executive level presentations.
  • The ability to assess and communicate workflow models.
  • You have an active RN license (required) with a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
  • You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is a field role. Travel is expected up to 50%.

Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $138,000 to $148,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position. For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Minnesota, Wisconsin or Iowa.
