The Principal Software Engineer will work within the Jasper R&D team, focusing on software architecture and C++ development, while also utilizing scripting languages. Responsibilities include solving real-world programming problems in a collaborative environment, providing technical leadership, mentoring junior developers, and conducting architecture and code reviews. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment with teams globally. The individual will be part of the Jasper team involved in the Formal Verification Platform.

Good To Have:

Experience with scripting languages like Python and TCL
Knowledge of Verilog and VHDL languages
Knowledge of hardware verification

Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in related fields
4+ years of software industry experience
Solid knowledge of software architecture and algorithms
Knowledge of C++ programming language
Good written and spoken English skills

Job Description:

Work daily with software architecture, C++ development and a few scripting languages on the Jasper R&D team, solving real-world programming problems in an innovative, supportive, and collaborative environment.
Provide day-to-day technical leadership and mentoring to junior developers, helping the manager to distribute and control the technical tasks, and doing architecture and code reviews

Requirements:

Complete Bachelors degree in computer science, computer Engineering or related Engineering, Math and Statistic courses; with 4 or more years of experience working in the software industry
Solid knowledge in software architecture, data structures and algorithms.
Knowledge of C++ programming language
Good written and spoken English with strong communication skill

Nice to have:

Experience with scripting languages – Python, tcl - and unix environment.
Knowledge of Verilog and VHDL languages.
Knowledge of hardware verification: simulation and formal verification
