Job Description

As a principal SoC/mmWave Test Engineer, you will be a member of the product team, working closely with designers and software engineers on mixed-signal, MMWave ADAS products. Your responsibilities include technical leadership of test engineers for new Radar Products, early involvement in new product developments and innovations, and leading test program development on the Advantest 93K/EXA scale platform. You will support the definition and implementation of DfX into new products and develop test-concepts, test-programs, and test-hardware for wafer and final test based on the overall test strategy. You will also be responsible for milestone achievement, development of production and characterization hardware, introduction of mass-production soft- and hardware, and analyzing test data. A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field and approximately 10 years of experience in test program development on Advantest platforms are required.

Your Role

In this exciting role as a principal SoC/mmWave Test Engineer, you will be working on mixed signal, MMWave ADAS products being a member of the product team and working in close co-operation with our designers and software engineers.
 

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the technical lead of test engineers (7 x FTEs) of upcoming new Radar Products.

  • Early involvement in new product developments and Innovations.

  • Responsible for leading test program development on Advantest 93K/EXA scale platform.

  • Support the definition & implementation of DfX (Design for Excellence) into new products in close cooperation with Test & DfT (Design for Test) Architects, Product Development and Product Engineering.

  • Based on the overall test strategy, develop test-concepts, test-programs and test-hardware for wafer- and final-test, according to the industrial  requirements specification.

  • Be responsible for reaching of test engineering related milestones.

  • Be involved in development of production and characterization hardware for automatic test equipment with high test coverage (wafer and final test)

  • Be responsible for introduction and release of the mass-production related soft- and hardware

  • Analyze the test data and report results into the IC design teams.

Your Profile

  • BSc., or MSc., Degree in Electrical Engineering/ Communications Engineering /Mechatronic Engineering

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in developing test programs on  Advantest PS1600 / EXA scale Digital, Analog and RF ICs.

  • Experience with leading technical teams.

  • Experience with risk management.

  • Experience with MM Wave is preferable.

  • Experience with requirements definition and management,

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Experience in developing test HW for on  Advantest PS1600 / EXA scale.

  • Preferable Knowledge in SmarTest Software versions 7 and 8

  • Analytical, Strong Planning, Organizing and Team leading Skills

  • Creativity / Innovative Ability / Team player

  • Fluent in English ,German and or Dutch is a plus.

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
