Job Responsibility:
- Defines technical roadmaps and strategies, and oversees the integration and validation processes for Engineering systems
- Managing risks, improving validation methodologies, and collaborating with other teams.
- Stay updated on industry advancements, example AI-enabled Engineering
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Engineering development, quality assurance and risk management with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- A strong understanding of development cycles, validation practices, and Engineering integration is important
- Proven track record of successfully leading Engineering initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment
- Project Management Skills: Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive tool lifecycle planning
- Leadership Ability: Experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding contractors or specialists in an operational setting
- Problem-Solving & Innovation: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions.
