Job Description

This role involves defining technical roadmaps and strategies, overseeing the integration and validation processes for Engineering systems, managing risks, improving validation methodologies, and collaborating with other teams. The director will also stay updated on industry advancements, including AI-enabled Engineering.
Must Have:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in Engineering development, quality assurance and risk management
  • At least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Strong understanding of development cycles, validation practices, and Engineering integration
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Engineering initiatives in a fast-paced semiconductor environment
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage vendor relationships, and drive tool lifecycle planning
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and guiding contractors or specialists
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot hardware issues, identify opportunities for process improvement, and implement effective solutions
