Job Summary
The Process Maintenance Technician ensures the proper functioning of technical equipment in dry form production areas (formulation, packaging) in Boudry. This role involves curative and preventive maintenance, continuous improvement, and project participation. It requires strong industrial maintenance experience, diagnostic skills in mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics, and the ability to solve complex problems in a GMP environment. The technician will also support production, supervise external companies, and contribute to documentation and new equipment installations.
Must Have
- 10 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in pharma/medical sector.
- Strong skills in fault diagnosis, mechanics, electricity, and pneumatics.
- Ability to analyze and develop solutions for complex problems.
- Aptitude for working in a GMP environment and respecting EHS rules.
- Good knowledge of modern IT tools (MS Office, CMMS).
- Excellent French, A2 level English (oral and written).
- Good organizational skills, excellent team spirit, autonomy, versatility.
- Customer service oriented and proactive.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, optimize production equipment.
- Assist and advise the production department in daily activities.
- Supervise external companies during maintenance interventions.
- Draft and update maintenance procedures.
- Participate in equipment and spare parts codification.
- Apply and enforce GMP, EHS rules, and procedures during maintenance.
- Participate in deviation analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
- Participate in the installation of new technical equipment.
- Collaborate with engineering on projects, commissioning, or interventions.

1. Objective:
The Maintenance Technician's mission is to ensure the proper functioning of technical equipment in the dry form production areas of Boudry (formulation, packaging). Their daily work revolves around three axes: curative, preventive, continuous improvement, and projects.
2. Skills:
- 10 years of industrial maintenance experience with experience in the pharmaceutical or medical sector.
- Essential good knowledge in the following areas: fault diagnosis, mechanics, electricity (article 15 is an asset) and pneumatics. Knowledge of automation is an asset.
- Must be able to analyze and develop solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to work in a GMP environment in compliance with established EHS rules.
- Good knowledge of modern IT tools. (MS Office, CMMS, etc.), proficiency in CAD software is an asset.
- Excellent knowledge of French, knowledge of English (oral and written A2 level).
- Good organizational skills.
- Excellent team spirit.

3. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance interventions, participate and contribute to the optimization of production equipment.
- Assist and advise the production department in their daily activities.
- Supervise external companies during maintenance interventions.
- Draft maintenance procedures and keep them up to date.
- Participate in the codification of production equipment and spare parts.
- Apply and enforce GMP requirements, Hygiene, Safety, Environment rules, and procedures during all maintenance activities.
- Participate in collaboration with different departments in the analysis of deviations and the definition and implementation of actions to remedy them.
- Participate in the installation of new technical equipment.
- Collaborate during projects, commissioning, or interventions with engineering.
- Inform various partners about their activities, interventions, or work to be implemented to ensure the proper functioning of the facilities.
4. Schedule:
- Morning Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM): 1 time every 5 weeks.
- Afternoon Shift (1:30 PM - 10:00 PM): 1 time every 5 weeks.
- Day (flexible between 7:30 AM and 6:30 PM): 3 times every 5 weeks.
- Possibility to work some Saturdays upon production request (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM).
