Job Summary
Grinding Gear Games is seeking a full-time Producer to support their artists and art pipeline. The role involves creating and managing issues for the art team, coordinating with internal and external departments for 3D art production, tracking projects to meet timelines, ensuring assets meet technical requirements, and facilitating communication between various teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of production experience in gaming or media, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication.
Must Have
- Create and manage issues for the art team
- Coordinate with internal departments, freelancers and outsource studios during the entire production cycle of 3D art
- Track projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines are met and risks are flagged early
- Ensure all assets meet the technical requirements for Path of Exile
- Communicate information, and facilitate needs between various departments
- Coordinate with other producers, leads and directors, providing updated status and progress of your deliverables
- At least 2 years experience in a production role in gaming or media
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate time requirements
- Proactive and self-reliant
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Some knowledge in art and design language, ability to communicate this verbally and visually
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Experience creatively reusing assets efficiently, and planning/designing modular, versatile assets
Good to Have
- A deep understanding of Path of Exile
- Experience working in the game industry
- Experience using one or more game engines

Full-time position - 40 hours a week
The position includes the following duties:
- Create and manage issues for the art team.
- Coordinate with internal departments, freelancers and outsource studios during the entire production cycle of 3D art, including character art, environment, items and microtransactions
- Track projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timelines are met and risks are flagged early
- Ensure all assets meet the technical requirements for Path of Exile
- Communicate information, and facilitate needs between various departments, i.e. concept art, rigging, effects, animation, producers, game design
- Coordinate with other producers, leads and directors, providing updated status and progress of your deliverables
We are seeking someone with:
- At least 2 years experience in a production role in gaming or media
