About the role
------------------
In the role of Producer, Team A, you will report to the Vice President of Anime Production Team A.
We are considering applicants for the location of Tokyo, Japan.
The main goal of your role will be to co-develop and produce content together with production partners that attracts potential new Anime fans in the global market, keeps them interested with exciting storylines and beautiful animation, and introduces new genres to the world that they've never seen in the animated world. You will pay close attention to trends in each territory to select content that earns as much viewership as possible, contributes to acquiring new subscribers to the platform, and generates additional profit.
You will support Senior Producers in the Anime Co-Production Team regarding content line-up strategy building and team management. You must understand the content production business and a network in the industry, allowing you to develop and produce content not only on your own but also in collaboration with the other members of the team. As a Producer, you will coach the Associate Producers on the team, providing constructive feedback as a mentor.

The Co-Production Team is a part of the Content team and is dedicated to collaborating with third-party partners on the production of anime titles. The team's strategic focus is to strengthen Crunchyroll's title lineup and contribute to the growth of the anime market across its serviced territories.
