Job Summary
Seeking a seasoned professional to join us as a key member of the Nasdaq Canada Exchange team. As liaison between Nasdaq, a complex multi-faceted client base, an internal engineering and sales teams, this individual will play a critical role in translating client- and regulatory - driven changes and business requirements into actionable deliverables, ensuring alignment with Nasdaq’s documentation standards and internal processes. The role requires a strong understanding of equities market structure and operations, knowledge of market data and order entry protocols, and the ability to navigate and communicate effectively.
Must Have
- Serve as a key conduit between internal Nasdaq teams and external client stakeholders.
- Translate client requests and business requirements into actionable documentation.
- Draft and maintain vendor notices and specifications, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Provide input into business strategy and maintain product roadmaps.
- Collaborate with technology teams.
- Participate in client outreach and industry meetings.
- Provide functional and application-level support to clients, including issue resolution, escalation management, and incident tracking.
- Deliver technical and functional input to sales and commercial teams to support proposals and client communications.
- Degree qualified in Computer Science, Business/Finance or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of experience.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Clear communicator with experience in collaborative, matrixed environments.
Good to Have
- Advanced degree or certification (e.g., MBA, CFA, PMP).
- Technical background.
- Exposure to global teams and cultural nuances in cross-border collaboration.

This position will be located in Toronto, and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
