Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join their Telco team. This role focuses on developing Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integrations. The Product Manager will be responsible for the complete product strategy and lifecycle, creating roadmaps to enhance customer experience and revenue. Key responsibilities include collaborating with clients and business teams to define scope, strategy, and user stories, leading projects from concept to launch, managing timelines and resources, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance, and implementing Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in fintech products and a passion for communication technologies.
Must have:
- 2-3 years product management experience
- Telecom sector experience preferred
- Experience with Fintech products
- Familiarity with IVR, Outbound dialer, SIP
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

About the role:
Paytm is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge, Gen AI-powered audio and video call solutions, while playing a key role in shaping our telco product suite, including IVR, outbound dialers, SIP, and network layer integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Candidate to own the complete product strategy and manage the product life cycle, thereby creating the roadmap to enhance customer experience & overall revenue realization.
• Lead the team to collaborate with Client & Business to define scope, product strategy and create user stories to implement and execute product launch working with designers & developers in an agile setup.
• Lead the planning and execution of projects from concept to launch.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and security standards.
• Manage stakeholder communications and expectations.
• Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos.
• Conduct post-project evaluations and implement lessons learned.
Qualifications
• 2-3 years of product management experience, ideally within the telecom sector.
• Proven experience working with Fintech-related products.
• Passion for new technologies and familiarity with communication solutions like IVR, Outbound dialler, SIP, Network layer integration etc.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
