Our AI workforce enhances speed, accuracy, and visibility, accelerating housing development and clean-energy projects. We've powered over $20B in real estate development, helping builders move faster and scale. This Product Manager role involves leading a product team to build customer-facing features and AI-powered workflows that simplify complex permitting processes. You will drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to iteration, partnering with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features and measurable customer value.
Must Have

- Drive the full product lifecycle: discovery, prioritization, design, development, launch, and iteration.
- Partner closely with engineering, design, operations, and sales to deliver high-impact features that create measurable customer value.
- Work directly with users to deeply understand pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions.
- Define and communicate product strategy, goals, and success metrics across teams and leadership.
- Mentor and guide other product managers, setting standards for product process, collaboration, and execution.
- Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features.
- Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, from engineers to executives to customers.

Our HQ is in New York City with a hybrid schedule (3 in-office days per week). Preference for NYC-based candidates or those open to relocation.

- 3+ years of product management experience with a record of shipping impactful products at startups or fast-moving companies.
- Experience leading product teams, not just owning individual features.
- Ability to set product vision, prioritize ruthlessly, and drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving ability and comfort navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, from engineers to executives to customers.
- Technical acumen and familiarity with software development is a plus.
