Job Description

As Product Manager at King, you will be responsible for bringing features and events to players by collaborating with game teams to ensure the best possible player experience. This vital role involves working across disciplines to support the development of successful mobile games, managing content releases, LiveOps, and A/B tests. You will strategize new approaches with data scientists, make data-informed decisions, and monitor promotions to impact retention and revenue positively.

Must Have:

  • Understand KPI’s and the business of games

  • Work across disciplines within the live environment to move tasks and initiatives forward
  • Proficiently firefight issues that arise and problem solve in a live game environment
  • Ensure live bugs are identified and followed-up on
  • Monitor the performance of promotions and events, and their impact on retention and revenue
  • Create and improve operational specifications and ways of working to guide stakeholders
  • Identify and drive quality improvements in operations, supporting continuous improvement
