What You Will Do:

As a Payment Product Manager at Favorited, you will lead the evolution of our payment infrastructure from basic processing to a comprehensive creator monetization platform. You'll own the product strategy for all payment features including creator payouts, audience tipping, subscription billing, and premium content access.Responsibilities include:

• Developing payment product strategy and roadmap aligned with creator monetization goals
• Designing creator revenue streams including real-time tipping and subscription billing
• Collaborating with engineering teams to implement robust payment infrastructure
• Partnering with creators to gather feedback and iterate on monetization features
• Working with compliance teams to ensure adherence to financial regulations
• Analyzing payment performance and optimizing conversion rates
• Leading payment expansion into new international markets
• Building and scaling global payments team across product, engineering, and operations
• Establishing strategic partnerships with payment processors and financial institutions
• Ensuring compliance with international payment regulations and security standards
• Managing P&L responsibility for payment operations and revenue targets
• Developing and maintaining AML, KYC, and BSA compliance frameworks for creator transactions
• Deep understanding of payment processing regulations, fraud prevention, and risk management
• Experience with creator economy platforms or marketplace compliance preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in compliance monitoring tools and data analysis

What We Are Looking for:

• Experience in product management with emphasis on payments or fintech
• Hands-on experience with payment systems and digital transactions (such as Stripe, Adyen, and crypto wallets).
• Deep understanding of payment processing, APIs, and fraud prevention
• Experience with creator economy platforms or two-sided marketplaces preferred
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and data analysis
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments

Where You'll Work

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Santa Monica, CA. You will work in our office several days per week, collaborating closely with a passionate and talented team.
