Fi is a new-age money management app designed to simplify financial life, offering savings, payments, investments, and borrowing. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will shape product positioning, launches, and user experiences, defining the product's voice and connecting it with users. You will be responsible for designing and executing go-to-market strategies, driving user education through various channels, analyzing data to influence product prioritization, and creating content across multiple formats. This role involves owning experiments to improve product adoption and working cross-functionally with product, design, growth, and content teams. You will monitor performance, track key performance indicators, and present learnings to stakeholders. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, data-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
Must Have
- 1-3 years of experience in product marketing, growth, or content
- Excellent storytelling and simplification skills
- Hands-on approach to writing copy, analyzing data, and launching initiatives
- Ability to connect user insights to product features and business goals
- Strong sense of ownership and bias for action
Good to Have
- Experience in a tech-first organization
- Familiarity with in-app messaging, email campaigns, and lifecycle communications
- Proficiency in analyzing product usage and funnel data
- Experience with A/B testing and onboarding flow optimization
