Job Summary
Fi Money is seeking a Junior Collections Analyst to enhance its lending portfolio's collections performance through data-driven insights. This role involves collaborating with Collections, Risk, and Product teams to analyze repayment behavior, identify bottlenecks, and implement targeted interventions. It's ideal for an early-career analytics professional who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable with data, and wants to learn end-to-end lending portfolio management.
Must Have
- Monitor daily/weekly repayment, delinquency, and bounce metrics across the lending portfolio
- Deep dive into collections funnel performance to identify drop-offs, inefficiencies, and potential risks
- Build dashboards and automated reports for internal stakeholders (Collections Leads, Risk, Product)
- Analyse the impact of different collections strategies (messaging, timings, channels) and recommend improvements
- Support the team with ad-hoc analysis during month-end, book closure, campaigns, and experiments
- Work with Product/Tech to improve data pipelines, tagging, and event tracking related to collections
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability for all collections-related datasets
- 1–2 years of experience in analytics OR internship/work experience in financial services, lending, collections, or risk
- Strong SQL skills (ability to write clean, efficient queries)
- Good understanding of funnels, cohort analysis, and basic statistical concepts
- Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, Looker, etc.)
- Good communication skills — able to explain insights simply to non-data stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
- Previous experience(internship/full time) in collections is mandatory

We’re looking for a Junior Collections Analyst to support our lending portfolio by improving collections performance through data-driven insights. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Collections, Risk, and Product teams to understand repayment behaviour, identify bottlenecks in the collections funnel, and help drive targeted interventions.
This is a great role for someone early in their analytics career who enjoys problem-solving, is comfortable with data, and wants to learn how lending portfolios are managed end-to-end.
What You’ll Do

This is a 5 days work from office role and we are in Brookfield, Bengaluru
