Job Summary
The Customer Service Platform (CSP) team at ByteDance integrates product technology resources to improve customer service experiences, providing efficient self-service solutions and convenient tools for agents. This internship in 2025 offers opportunities to kickstart a career and explore growth within the company. Responsibilities include establishing partnerships with regional business teams, advocating for platform product solutions, and promoting product utilization. Additional responsibilities involve managing product operation toolkits (wiki, bulletins, demos), overseeing product launch processes (testing, training, configuration), streamlining routine tasks for efficiency, and analyzing performance metrics to guide product iterations. The selected individual will need to be detail-oriented, able to multitask, prioritize tasks and deliver results.
Must Have
- Bachelor degree or above. Ungraduates are welcome.
- Relevant product operation experience in E-Commerce.
- Experience working in large complex organizations
- Good data analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Good to Have
- Good knowledge of E-Commerce buyer, seller and customer service agent's user habits on E-Commerce support products will be a bonus
