Job Summary
Yodo1 is seeking a Head of Ad Monetization to lead and optimize ad revenue across its extensive portfolio of mobile games. This role involves owning ad monetization leadership, leveraging data to drive revenue growth, working with premium customers, and translating product roadmaps into tangible monetization gains. The successful candidate will be accountable for results, identify and fix monetization issues, and build institutional expertise to support thousands of developers using Yodo1 MAS.
Must Have
- 5+ years of real experience in mobile ad monetization and ad network relationship management
- Deep, hands-on mastery of mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, and AdMob
- A track record of managing multiple game genres and scaling learnings across portfolios
- Strong, practical understanding of the mobile programmatic stack, including networks, SSPs, bidding, and ad servers
- Track record owning forecasting and revenue planning: setting targets, running experiments, and delivering predictable outcomes
- Clear, direct written and spoken English

Yodo1 is looking for a Head of Ad Monetization to take ownership of the next generation of our platform, earning and extending the trust thousands of developers place in Yodo1 MAS to power their ad monetization at scale.

WHAT WE EXPECT
You will:
- Own ad revenue across the portfolio and be accountable for results.
- Use data to separate signal from noise and make changes that materially move revenue.
- Work directly with premium customers
- Turn the product roadmap into real monetization gains through execution.
- Find what is broken in monetization or delivery, prioritize it, and fix it fast.
- Choose ad networks based on real impact: revenue, reliability, and cost to integrate.
- Institutionalize expertise: build a repeatable troubleshooting and optimization playbook, and coach the team to solve problems quickly and independently.
You must have:
- 5+ years of real experience in mobile ad monetization and ad network relationship management—you’ve run revenue in production, not just advised on it.
- Deep, hands-on mastery of mediation platforms such as AppLovin MAX, LevelPlay, and AdMob.
- A track record of managing multiple game genres and scaling learnings across portfolios.
- Strong, practical understanding of the mobile programmatic stack, including networks, SSPs, bidding, and ad servers.
