Job Summary
This role involves engaging, growing, and supporting game communities, representing player voices to the Community Management team in China. Responsibilities include active engagement with Chinese players on platforms like WeChat, QQ, and Bilibili, providing tailored support. The representative will respond to inbound support tickets, assisting players with general inquiries, product support, service information, order processing, and technical issues through written communication. The role also ensures community guidelines are followed and drives improvement and localization of community channels to better serve the Chinese player base.
Must Have
- Native-level proficiency in Chinese
- Exceptional English writing and communication skills to bridge communication between local players and the global team
- A strong interest and familiarity with gaming, particularly mobile gaming, to engage meaningfully with the player community
- Experience managing communities, either professionally or as a volunteer, with an understanding of the cultural nuances and expectations of Chinese players
Good to Have
- Experience moderating or managing online communities on platforms such as QQ, forums, and specifically within Chinese social media environments
- Strong knowledge of casual mobile gaming trends in China, with a deep understanding of local gaming culture
- Prior experience with social media management or organizing community events, particularly those catering to Chinese audiences

Yodo1 is looking for a Player Support Representative fluent in both Chinese and with exceptional English skills, which will be used to support our Chinese & English language games.
