Yodo1 is seeking a Russian-speaking Sales Development Representative to build a sales pipeline in CIS markets. This role involves consistently creating qualified opportunities through disciplined outbound efforts, strong discovery, and clean handoffs. Yodo1 simplifies mobile game growth, partnering with developers to monetize games and bring iconic brands into major mobile titles, leveraging over a decade of experience in publishing and growing global hits.

Must Have

  • Russian fluency (native or near-native)
  • Proven outbound track record prospecting and qualifying for SaaS
  • Proven SDR experience generating outbound pipeline for SaaS (prospecting, qualification, meeting-setting)
  • Fluent Russian and strong English communication
  • Strong discovery skills
  • Ability to earn attention quickly with clear, relevant messaging
  • Comfort with calls, follow-ups, and rejection (professional and consistent)

Good to Have

  • Ad tech or gaming exposure
  • Experience selling into mobile game studios or speaking credibly about how game businesses operate (live games, UA, retention, monetization)
  • Familiarity with core monetization concepts: IAA vs IAP, ARPDAU/LTV, retention cohorts, ROAS, ad placements, mediation, bidding
  • Experience prospecting into CIS / Eastern Europe game markets with strong network awareness and local nuance

Yodo1 is looking for a Russian-speaking SDR to help us find strong studios, start the right conversations, and expand our base of successful customers.

WHAT WE EXPECT

You will:

  • Build targeted prospect lists in Russian-speaking markets and run disciplined outbound across email, LinkedIn, and calls.
  • Qualify first conversations with clear discovery: current setup, pain, goals, decision process, timeline, and fit.
  • Create opportunities by turning interest into booked meetings and properly scoped handoffs to the BD team if needed.
  • Run a weekly operating cadence: volumes, conversion rates, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate HubSpot CRM hygiene: notes, next steps, stage discipline, and follow-up timing.
  • Stay current on the basics of our space so your outreach is relevant and your qualification is credible.

You must have:

  • Proven SDR experience generating outbound pipeline for SaaS (prospecting, qualification, meeting-setting).
  • Fluent Russian and strong English (you will work with global teammates; you must communicate clearly in both).
  • Strong discovery skills and the ability to earn attention quickly with clear, relevant messaging.
